Products sold through www.blthoreca.com are imported and, upon delivery, are accompanied by a tax invoice, in accordance with the legislation in force. Products and services are offered under the conditions provided by this document and within the limits of available stock. For this reason, we reserve the right not to honor a particular order if the product is no longer in stock. Each product has a description and price displayed in RON without VAT, accompanied by images.
– Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed starting with the first business day.

Maroo Trading Online establishes the rules for promotions and contests it organizes. These rules are made known to potential participants through its own website or other public or private communication means. Only orders that fully comply with the rules displayed on the site will benefit from promotions. Promotions also apply only to orders registered by the company within the promotion period and within the available stock limit.

Availability

Some of the products displayed on the website www.blthoreca.com are not in stock; they are produced to order in our workshop, so delivery takes up to 30 business days.
The availability of the products will be displayed on the website. The time needed for creating/delivering the products presented on the website.
Products displayed on the site are available within the stock limit or by order. For each product you wish to order, you must enter the quantity. If the requested quantity exceeds the number of items in stock, a representative of the company will contact you. For products made/delivered to order, the time needed for the execution/delivery of the product will be specified.
If you place an order for a product that is no longer available, a company representative will contact you to provide information on when the product might become available or if it can still be sold.

Delivery Terms and Delivery

Products will be delivered anywhere in the country. Maroo Trading Online reserves the right to confirm orders before honoring them by contacting customers by phone or email.
Orders sent on working days until 4 pm will be registered the following day and delivered according to the delivery time specified on the product page.
The delivery time for the products is 2-10 days. This term is indicative. For products requiring a longer execution/delivery time – specified on the product page – delivery is made within this period.
If the product is available in a shorter period than specified on the product page, you will be informed by email, and the exact delivery date will be communicated to you. If the product is no longer available, a representative of the company will inform the customer of this situation.
The company cannot be held responsible if the ordered products are delivered late.
Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed starting with the first business day.
Products are sent to any locality in Romania by express courier service. The delivery cost depends on the delivery area, the delivery duration, and the package’s weight. This price will be displayed on the final confirmation page of the order. The Client will bear the transport cost unless otherwise specified that the transport is free. The transport cost will not be refunded if the products are returned.

When placing the order, you can specify in the “Observations” field the time interval when delivery can be made to the address indicated by you.
The courier company representative will contact you by phone before delivering the package.
Product reception represents the customer’s acceptance that the products have arrived in good condition and correspond quantitatively and qualitatively to the order. This is done when signing the legal tax documents accompanying the package. The invoice constitutes a sales contract according to Romanian law. The client explicitly agrees by signing the invoice that they have received products that conform to the order and their needs.
Maroo Trading Online cannot be held responsible for the possible destruction or loss of packages.

Prices

The prices of the products on the site are presented in RON.
We reserve the right to change the prices displayed on the site without prior or subsequent notification of the persons using the site. Price changes will not affect orders that are in the processing stage.
Product prices do not include the shipping cost to the client unless it is specified that the shipping is free.
Shipping costs are displayed on each product page and will be communicated at the order’s completion. The company will issue an invoice for the delivered products, and the buyer must provide all the necessary information for issuing the invoice per the legislation in force.

Payment Methods

Cash Payment/Cash on Delivery – Payment will be made in RON, in full, upon delivery of the package with the ordered products or when picking up the products from the Maroo Trading Online headquarters. For products delivered by courier or postal services, payment will be made directly to the courier company based on a receipt or at the postal office where the package is picked up.
Attention! In the case of delivery by courier, the courier is not authorized by Maroo Trading Online to allow the customer to open the packages before signing for delivery, only after signing for delivery and paying for them.
Online Payment – Online payments made on our website benefit from the 3D Secure protocol (Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code). 3D Secure means a new global approach to authenticating buyers and sellers in secure Internet transactions. This security measure involves redirecting the user when making the payment to a secure page where each cardholder is registered by assigning an authorization code for each online transaction.
Accepted payment cards are those issued under VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD (including Maestro, if they have the CVV/CV2 code).
Product delivery is made after payment confirmation.
Maroo Trading Online will ensure the proper packaging of the products and ensure the transmission of the accompanying documents to the client in accordance with art. 155(1) of the Fiscal Code.

According to Ordinance 130/2000 and Article 16 paragraph c) of GEO no. 34/2014, personalized products, i.e., custom-made, CANNOT be returned.

The customer can return purchased products in the following situations:
– The product does not meet expectations;
– Packages have severe damage;
– The products were delivered/billed incorrectly;
– The products have manufacturing defects;
– The products have sizes incorrectly ordered by the Client;
The consumer has the right to return the purchased product without penalties and without invoking any reason within 14 calendar days from its receipt. You can exchange them for others in stock or get your money back!
Before returning the product, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving the package by calling the number in the contact section or accessing the return request. The request must contain the name, surname, email address used for the online order, invoice number, and invoice date proving the product’s purchase.

If a product does not fit you, we offer you the option to request a size change or replace the product with one of similar or higher value, paying the difference. If you are not satisfied with the product, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receipt.

Please respect the information period regarding the intention to return and the legally provided return period. The customer will bear the return cost using the same transport service as the shipment.
After receiving your package and validating the return, the amounts paid by the client will be refunded in compliance with the legal provisions, within no more than 14 days from the date of contract termination by the consumer (Ord. no. 130/2000), in a bank account specified by the client. The value of additional services, including but not limited to product transport paid by the client, will not be refunded.
For the return to be validated, the product must be in the same condition as it was delivered, must not show signs of wear or damage (deformation, breakage, stains, etc.), must have all original labels and seals with which it was delivered, must be delivered in the original packaging, accompanied by the original accessories and documents (tax invoice, etc.), and must not show traces of washing, wear, or specific smells of perfume or detergent.
Products that do not meet the above conditions will not be considered defective and will not be accepted as returns.
If the package you received contains products other than those ordered, has factory defects, the package has severe damage, or was delivered incorrectly, the company will bear the return costs.
NO RETURN PACKAGES WITH CASH ON DELIVERY OR TRANSPORT COSTS NOT PAID BY THE SENDER WILL BE ACCEPTED.
The client cannot claim any moral or material damages above the amounts paid for the order.
The law also provides the following details: “The consumer cannot unilaterally terminate contracts for the supply of products made according to the consumer’s specifications or of distinct personalized products, as well as those that, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or degrade quickly.”
EXCEPTIONS: Products made according to the consumer’s specifications or personalized products cannot be returned, and products that may deteriorate or degrade quickly.

Product Replacement

If you want to replace ordered products, this is possible only within the available stock limit.
To replace products, you must respect the legal product return period, i.e., 14 days from receiving the package, and notify us in writing at [email protected] or by phone of your intention within 48 hours.
Replacing products of non-conforming quality will only be possible if they show shortages or defects upon receiving the package. Please check the package’s integrity when receiving it and do not accept packages showing damage or if they have been opened. Please sign for receipt of the package only after checking its condition.
Any product exchange will only be made within the available stock limit. If the product is no longer in stock, you can choose another one, paying any price differences and delivery fees.
