DELIVERY WITHIN ROMANIA

Delivery is carried out by courier services. A flat rate is calculated at the time of delivery.

Delivery Time: 2-10 days, depending on stock availability.

Order Processing:

2-10 days from receiving the order (processing time considers product availability in stock).
Standard product return: 14 days from receiving the product.

ORDER STATUS

Products will be delivered by courier to the address indicated in the order form.

STANDARD RETURN

If you are not satisfied with the product, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receipt.

Shipping costs are not covered by blthoreca.com.

RETURN PROCESSING

To return a product, you must meet the return conditions and send the products by courier to the address specified in the return form.

The refund will be processed within 14 days from the receipt of the returned product. The return policy is subject to the provisions of Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, regarding consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, as well as for amending and supplementing certain normative acts. The costs for returning the products are borne by the client.

Conditions for Products to be Eligible for Return:

  1. Products must not show any damage, be in their initial quantity, and in the original packaging, with intact labels, and must not show signs of use.
  2. Products must be returned within 14 days from the date you received the package.
